Funciones

Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to Project Team personnel training.
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems regarding Talent Acquisition and Training Plan.
• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Developing, analysing and updating the Cluster Personnel’s evaluation program.
• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
• Working under Resources and Administration Department. Directly reports to General Director of the Cluster and assist by/for HR Director.
• Ensures compliance and adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements in obtaining employee’s visas and contracts.
• Performs all duties according to Company Policies and Procedures.
• Adheres to the company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environment policies and procedures.

Experiencia
-
At least 3 years in a similar position.
Formación
-
Human Resources Studies.
Requisitos

Advanced English.

High Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software tools for HR controlling and Training.

Good understanding of management practices and techniques. Able to adapt and succeed in a changing environment.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong human resource training expertise; ability to supervise, mentor and engage staff members and inspire credibility, confidence and build consensus

Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to provide leadership to a team and to work in a team environment, and project management experience. Ability to develop, monitor and evaluate multiple projects with multiple deliverables and deadlines.
