Funciones

  • Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

  • Responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized.

  • Responsibilities:

Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to Project Team personnel training.

• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.

• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems regarding Talent Acquisition and Training Plan.

• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.

• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.

• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.

• Developing, analysing and updating the Cluster Personnel’s evaluation program.

• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.

• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.

• Working under Resources and Administration Department. Directly reports to General Director of the Cluster and assist by/for HR Director.

• Ensures compliance and adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements in obtaining employee’s visas and contracts.

• Performs all duties according to Company Policies and Procedures.

• Adheres to the company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environment policies and procedures.

 

Contrato & Condiciones

Experiencia

  • At least 3 years in a similar position.

 

Formación

  • Human Resources Studies.

 

Requisitos

  • Advanced English.

  • High Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software tools for HR controlling and Training.

  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques. Able to adapt and succeed in a changing environment.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong human resource training expertise; ability to supervise, mentor and engage staff members and inspire credibility, confidence and build consensus

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to provide leadership to a team and to work in a team environment, and project management experience. Ability to develop, monitor and evaluate multiple projects with multiple deliverables and deadlines.
