Funciones

  • Collaborates with others to build partnerships, as well as implement and maintaining services and/or programs. Working under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or methods; managing a department and supervising the use of funds.

  • Utilization of resources from other work units is often required to perform the job's functions.

Experiencia

  • At least 3 years in a similar position.

  • Substantial finance and administrative management experience.

 

Formación

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

 

Requisitos

  • Advanced English. Excellent skills in writing and speaking.

  • Proven strengths in building and sustaining supportive relationships and persuasively communicating institutional goals and needs.

  • Prior responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting and audit coordination for either a division or significant program area.

  • Outstanding ability to translate financial concepts to and effectively collaborate with programmatic and fundraising colleagues who do not necessarily have finance backgrounds.

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.

  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, professionalism and a commitment to lead by example.

  • Strong human resource management expertise.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to provide leadership to a team and to work in a team environment, and project management experience.

  • Ability to develop, monitor and evaluate multiple projects with multiple deliverables and deadlines.

  • Strong knowledge of general HR/Finance functions such as group health benefits, expense processes, processing new hires and terminations.

  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
