​Funciones

• Part of multi-disciplinary project teams.

• Responsible for the realization of improvement and replacement projects in the factory.

• Translates a project scope into a basic engineering package and corresponding budge a cost-efficient way that fits within the company's strategy.

• Responsible for the implementation of the EPC phase.

• Point of contact during the construction phase to resolve bottlenecks and acts as a field engineer and supervisor for the project, possibly together with someone from someone else discipline.

• Ensures documentation is up to date and available in the correct location.

• Helps to secure experience in good work processes, systems and especially cooperation.

• Works closely together and is the point of contact for the Operations and Maintenance departments who the completed projects are transferred (the end users).

• Works closely with contractors who are hired for engineering and / or construction activities.

• Reports to the Technical Manager Capital Projects

Experiencia

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in drawing up engineering packages and with in checking the field of the basis for this and managing contractors and solvin bottlenecks.

 

Formación

• Completed study Mechanical Engineering at a minimum HBO level with engineering specialization (Mechanical / Piping / Process) or a comparable study.

 

Requisitos​

• High English level.

• Dutch is valuable.

• Working in a multidisciplinary manner and being able to handle (small) matters from another discipline.

• Team player, communicative, solution / result oriented.

• Self-managing, taking initiative (proactive), resistant to stress.
