Funciones

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes.

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.

• Manage subcontractors and other personnel involved in the project.

• Monitor progress and adjust as needed to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

• Ensure that quality standards are met and that the project is completed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

• Prepare reports and presentations to update management and stakeholders on project progress.

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the project.

Experiencia

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on bridge construction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Requisitos​

• Experience working on large and complex construction projects, preferably with a budget of at least €10 million.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes in the Netherlands.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
