Funciones

• HSE Manager:

  • Full-time duties shall be solely connected with the safety, industrial health, and hygiene aspects of the works and who shall report directly to the CONTRACTOR’S designated Project Director.

  • The Safety Manager shall be suitably qualified and experienced, and shall implement, maintain, and monitor compliance with the CONTRACTOR’S Health and Safety Management Plan and all safety procedures.

  • The OSH Manager shall be based on Site on a full-time basis.

  • Ownership of the Safety Management System.* Emergency Response Plan.*

  • H&S Organisational Matrix, H&S File, Training Matrix, and Health and Wellbeing Plan to assure delivery with ‘Safe at heart’ objectives; develops and implements the Consortium ‘Making the Right Choice’ Culture.

  • Development Programme; reviews and develops safety assessments.

• HSE Coordinator:

  • Intervenes in correcting unsafe work practices that may be going on in an organization.

  • Monitors employees’ and employer’s adherence to safety policies and/or guidelines,.

  • Organizes accident investigation processes.

  • Carry out development of safety policies for organizations.

  • Keeps record of all safety-related issues within the organization and makes sure that corrective measures are taken.

  • Organizes routine training on health and safety matters for the staff of the organization

Experiencia

• 20 years in a similar position.

 

Formación

• B.Sc. Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering degree.

• Bachelor's degreeEducation Field of Study : Chemistry, occupational health and safety, biology, engineering

 

Requisitos​

• Excellent English.

• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe Apps.
