Supervise day-to-day operations and manage the approved budget in the customer service department.

Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

Experiencia

At least 5 years of experience in the water sector or hydraulic infrastructures international projects, and 10 years in the same job position and responsibilities.

Excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques.

High level of English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
