Funciones

  • Supervise day-to-day operations and manage the approved budget in the customer service department.

  • Respond to customer service issues promptly.

  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

  • Implement an effective customer loyalty program and maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.

  • Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.

  • Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.

  • Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards

  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

  • Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Experiencia

  • At least 5 years of experience in the water sector or hydraulic infrastructures international projects, and 10 years in the same job position and responsibilities.

  • Excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques.

Formación

  • Engineering studies, others.

Requisitos

  • High level of English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
