​Funciones

• Attend to meetings with the Client, Designers, Subcontractors and Stakeholders on request.

• Assist the Project Manager in Contract interpretations and strategies.

• Write and maintain the official correspondence with all parties involved and Stakeholders.

• Write and maintain the early warnings notices.

• Coordinate the claims management.

• Coordinate with the rest of the departments to obtain the needed info to update in the meetings with the Client.

• Educate the team in the Contract Procedures.

• And any other task normally developed by a Senior Contract Manager.

 

​​Contrato​​

• Permanent.

 

Experiencia

• +10 years in Contract Management.

• Experience in managing PPP Contracts (Concessions).

• Very valuable experience in managing Nec 3/4 contracts.

• Valuable experience in Wales.

Requisitos​

• Advanced English is a must (C1 at least).
