  • Définir la stratégie commerciale, en fixant dex politiques de marketing et l´structuration d´administration de ventes et conseil technique, selon las indications de la direction générale, en vue de augmenter le ventes du pays.

  • Responsible for supporting the planning, implementation and monitoring of the development of the market and the products assigned. 

  • Market research, in accordance with the work plan and budget defined annually. 

  • Guarantee customer satisfaction and maximize revenue and profitability of international sales.

  • Manage, analyze and consolidate macroeconomic, political and sectoral information of the country in order to estimate the potential of these markets.

  • Follow-up of the standards of services offered by the company to the clients that it has in charge to ensure the full satisfaction of the client.

  • Lead the introduction of new products to the market in order to solve any technical, commercial or logistic requirement considering novel processes that generate efficiencies in the operation.

  • Investigate new market niches for export near the geography of the country according to the strategy defined by the General Management including competition, capacities, market share and export factors to generate openings of target markets.

  • Carry out monitoring reports on the development of the markets defined by the General Management and the Trading and Eastern Caribbean Management to keep it informed of their evolution.

  • Lead projects in accordance with the guidelines of the General Management that contribute to the improvement of the sales cycle, customer satisfaction, and maximization of profitability.

  • Guarantee the collection of international portfolio to ensure the revenue collection of the organization.

  • Apply the Company´s Commercial Method to clients to guarantee the fulfillment of the value promise.

  • Support in the attention of claims by the clients, determining an action plan to be able to resolve the claim and leave the clients satisfied.

  • Monitor the development and evolution of the markets where exportable surpluses of the Company and its subsidiaries are located, monitoring competitors, market sizes, new investment projects, population growth, market shares, among others.

  • SISO (Industrial Safety and Occupational Health) and Environmental responsibilities.



  • 5-8 years in a smiliar position.

  • Experience in the Cement & Concrete field would be a plus.



  • Permanent

Professional in Business Administration, International Business or related



  • French.

  • English.

  • Spanish would be highly valued.
