​Funciones

  • Information Management role in a BIM project as per ISO-19650.

  • Implementation and monitoring of the BIM Execution Plan.

  • Production and deployment of CJV’s EIR, including relevant capability assessment of the Supply Chain.

  • Definition of the strategy for the Project Information Model and the Asset Information Model.

  • Management of CJV’s BIM/CAD team.

  • Coordination as the main point of contact regarding Information Management/Digital within the construction team.

  • Leading of co-ordination meetings with other Project Team Members throughout Information Models and of other project information in accordance with the BIM Protocol and any other associated Information Requirements.

  • Liaise with the Authority, the Design Team, subcontractors and any other stakeholder regarding Information Management/Digital.

  • Coordination, audit and federation of subcontractor’s models, ensuring compliance with the EIR.

  • Coordination of quantities with the Commercial/Project Control teams.

  • Management of HSE/CDM as per PAS1192-6.

  • Coordination with the operations team so that any design change during execution is documented and updated in the Information model in a timely manner (as-built BIM model).

  • Coordination with the design team and the Authority to provide the AIM.

  • Generation of monthly reports.

  • Configuration and management of CJV’s CDE, following the Information Management protocol to be defined alongside the Document Control Department.

  • Implementation of the necessary hardware and infrastructure in coordination with the IT Department.

  • Ensure the security of information exchange, Information Models and associated project data, in accordance with PAS 1192-5 along with the IT Department.

  • Detection of needs and implementation of training plans, if necessary.

  • Permanent.

 

Experiencia

  • Experience of at least 5 years in collaborative BIM environments.

  • Used to work within a construction team.

  • Experience in PAS 1192/ISO-19650.
